📝 Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging AdBoostr for any services. By proceeding, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About AdBoostr

AdBoostr is a website development and digital growth agency based in India. We specialise in building high-converting Shopify stores and websites for businesses across India. Our services include store setup, design, development, SEO, and ongoing support.

2. Services

AdBoostr offers the following services (as outlined in our pricing packages):

Shopify store setup and full customization
Website design and development
Logo design and branding
Payment gateway integration (Razorpay, UPI, COD)
Domain setup and configuration
Product upload and store population
Basic SEO setup and speed optimization
Social media integration
WhatsApp support for the agreed support period

3. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all projects:

A minimum advance payment of 50% is required before project commencement
The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final handover
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or Razorpay
Invoices will be issued for all transactions

4. Project Timeline

Standard projects are delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of project commencement, subject to:

Timely provision of all required content, images, and product details by the client
Prompt responses to our communications and feedback requests
No major scope changes after development has begun

Delays caused by the client will not be counted against our delivery timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project, clients are responsible for:

Providing all required content, product images, and business information on time
Reviewing and providing feedback within 48 hours of each milestone
Having a valid Shopify account or allowing AdBoostr to create one on their behalf
Maintaining their own Shopify subscription after handover
Ensuring all provided content is legally owned and does not infringe on third-party rights

6. Revisions & Changes

Our Standard Package includes up to 2 rounds of revisions after the initial delivery. Additional revisions beyond this scope will be charged at ₹500 per revision. Major scope changes after project commencement may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final delivered website and its custom design elements. AdBoostr retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

8. Support Period

Our Standard Package includes 30 days of WhatsApp support from the date of project handover. This covers minor adjustments, guidance, and troubleshooting. Support does not include new feature development, additional pages, or content updates beyond the agreed scope.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdBoostr shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Loss of revenue, profits, or data following handover of the project
Issues arising from third-party platforms such as Shopify, Razorpay, or hosting providers
Any downtime, technical failures, or changes in Shopify's platform policies

10. Cancellation Policy

If a client wishes to cancel a project after work has commenced:

The advance payment (50%) is non-refundable
If the project is more than 50% complete, the full project amount is due
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all project-related communications, business information, and proprietary data confidential. AdBoostr will not disclose your business information to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madhya Pradesh, India.

13. Amendments

AdBoostr reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage clients to review these terms periodically.
